My name is Shiva and I’ve been playing the piano for almost 14 years. My piano journey started in my teenage years. I had to overcome many obstacles as a woman from the country I originated from, where women were restricted, and playing music was considered illegal. I learned the fundamentals, theory of music, methods, and techniques from many of the renowned piano teachers, maestros, and conductors from my country. I have several years of experience teaching to children and adults. I did this all while graduating with my doctorate of business administration from Ubis University.
