Matt Gordy is a pianist, percussionist, composer and arranger who originally hails from the Boston area. He has a Bachelor Degree in performance from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. He has resided in Los Angeles the past 19 years. He is also the leader of the group Matt Gordy’s JazzTonite Sextet who has performed at the LACMA Jazz Series, Vibrato, Sam First, The Merc to name a few. He has also performed at the Changsha Music Festival in Changsha, China as Jazz Ambassadors to China from the U.S. The band’s latest CD Release is Be With Me (2022)
