Askari is a classically trained violinist, composer, educator, and artist based in Los Angeles. Originally from Tennessee, he began studying violin at 3 years old, where he learned from his mother who is also a violinist as well as a teacher. As he progressed with violin, he started to teach alongside her and grew as a musician, diving into new genres like jazz, latin, hip hop, etc. Since moving to California, he’s gone on to perform alongside artists such as Eric Benet, as well appeared as an instrumentalist in productions like Curb Your Enthusiasm, and some commercials including Nike, Capital One, and Fischer-Price. With 10+ years of teaching experience, he’s dedicated to helping students develop their skills and continue their musical journey.
