Caitlyn Conlin is a performer, director, composer, lyricist, singer, musician and educator based in Los Angeles. She received her MFA from California Institute of the Arts and holds a BA in Acting from Arizona State University.
As a multidisciplinary artist her areas of study and research include the integration of music, movement, improvisation, poetry and theatrical performance. Caitlyn has worked with outstanding professional directors, artists and creators performing at notable venues in and around Los Angeles including REDCAT, LATC, Getty Villa, South Coast Repertory, International RADAR LA Festival, Grand Performances and Bootleg Theatre. Internationally she has performed in England, Scotland and China, as well as Saint Petersburg and the Chekhov International Theatre Festival in Moscow. Currently, Caitlyn is on faculty at USC’s School of Dramatic Arts.
As a music educator, Caitlyn joyfully encourages imagination and play as each student discovers their own unique relationship to the vast and wondrous world of music.
